Russ Kerr - Principal Advisor
Russ is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Services Executive with over 30 years of experience in the sales, sales management and tactical implementation of marketing support and marketing supply chain solutions. He has acknowledged capabilities in the design, development and execution of complex programs within a variety of distribution channels. Experience encompasses consumer, retail and digital markets with specialized skills in creating and building relationships, negotiation, organization, consultative sales and senior-level account management. Russ places extreme value on honesty, integrity and morality in representing himself and his clients in the marketplace. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife of 33 years, Janis, and his two grown kids. He also enjoys traveling boating and scuba diving. Russ and Janis reside in North Tustin, CA.
John Altenberg - Principal Advisor
John is a CPG (Nutrition Business) industry veteran with the last 25 years in Executive Management and General Manager roles with emphasis in Sales and Marketing Management. With demonstrated strategic plan formulation skills and the tenacity to execute tactics, John has documented successes in growth of businesses coupled with the necessary means to ensure supply chain and operational support of those efforts. The rare combination of being customer focused, but understanding and influencing the entire business model has been a result of managing contract manufacturing divisions for over 10 years. John has been married to his lovely wife Andrea for 30+ years and they are blessed with two grown children. They reside in North Tustin, CA. When not helping others meet their business and professional goals, he enjoys road biking, swimming along with volunteering in the community.
